Where two or more items are defined to be related by the system (usually because they are claimable by the same person or company) the items are Grouped, and their values are added together. It is the Group Value that determines the appropriate banding and data price which would apply. If the index shows multiple items for you to claim, you do not need to claim them all at the same time. But if you choose to buy Claims data for just one or two test cases, the claim will probably need to be processed by one of our affiliated Claims Managers. When additional items are added to the database, the system will usually Group them with existing related items (including those already successfully claimed within the previous 12 months). The data price and purchase procedure is then defined by the new overall value of the Group (including those for which data has been purchased within the preceding 12 months).
